North is a twenty-storey tower located on Flemington Road within the busy university and health precinct. North comprises 453 apartments, retail shops at ground level with commercial and medical suites in the podium.

North’s glazed tower form in the boulevard steps down progressively towards the North Melbourne neighbourhood, and forms an “E” shape design on the former Southern Motors site of 4,000sqm. A rooftop oasis with palm trees, swimming pool, spa, sun-deck and alfresco dining creates a unique elevated retreat for the residents. In the palm garden and ponds at ground level residents have access to a gymnasium, sauna and outdoor lounge.
