UAG: Building Excellence Since 1995
At UAG, our passion for property is driven by a vision to shape Melbourne’s skyline with enduring quality and distinction. Since 1995, our dedication has been to deliver exceptional, design-led developments that elevate the standards of luxury living.
UAG’s story began in Melbourne’s prestigious Bayside, where we focused on creating beautifully crafted residences that blended elegance with functionality. Over the decades, we have grown from humble townhouses and small apartment complexes to significant mixed-use and multi-unit residential precincts. UAG has delivered more than 50 landmark developments across Melbourne, as well as in Asia and the USA.
Today, UAG is proud to be at the forefront of Melbourne’s high-rise landscape, where our transition into multi-unit, architecturally significant buildings has positioned UAG as a name synonymous with quality, sophistication, and reliability.
Each UAG project is a testament to our unwavering commitment to excellence, from concept to completion — designed not only to stand the test of time, but to instil joy in the residents that inhabit the crafted spaces we create.
Celebrating 30 Years; UAG 1995–2025
In 2025, United Asia Group (UAG) celebrates a remarkable 30-year journey of transforming Melbourne’s built environment with thoughtful design, superb build quality and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
What began as a modest venture has evolved into one of the city’s most respected property developers — a testament to perseverance, bold vision, and a passion for creating meaningful projects.
At the heart of UAG’s success is Managing Director Nicole Chow, a trailblazer whose curiosity and drive continue to shape the company’s dynamic trajectory. Working alongside her partner, acclaimed Architect and UAG Chairman Tony Battersby, Nicole has never shied away from challenges — from mastering the intricacies of town planning to understanding the heartbeat of the communities where UAG builds.
Nicole’s path wasn’t always linear. Originally set on becoming an Architect in Singapore, she pivoted midway to pursue a degree in Business Administration at the Singapore Institute of Management — a bold move that reflected her strategic mindset and desire to create impact sooner rather than later. “I’ve always been driven by outcomes. I don’t wait around — I move,” Nicole reflects. Her courage to deviate from convention laid the foundation for what would become a legacy of groundbreaking developments across Melbourne.
As UAG steps into its fourth decade, it does so with the same bold spirit that shaped its beginnings — continuing to reimagine what’s possible, one building at a time.
8 Wallace Avenue Toorak
A legacy of thoughtful luxury continues with UAG’s latest project: 8 Wallace Avenue, a landmark address in Toorak Village. A private collection of just six full-floor residences, each residence at 8 Wallace Avenue is a masterwork of refinement and design, reflecting UAG’s dedication to craftsmanship, privacy, and enduring elegance.
After 30 years, UAG's vision remains clear, to shape places that are as enduring as they are beautiful, and to continue building a legacy defined by build-quality, foresight, and a deep respect for the art of construction in creating amazing spaces for living.
