North is a twenty-storey tower located on Flemington Road within the busy university and health precinct. North comprises 453 apartments, retail shops at ground level with commercial and medical suites in the podium.

North’s glazed tower form in the boulevard steps down progressively towards the North Melbourne neighbourhood, and forms an “E” shape design on the former Southern Motors site of 4,000sqm.
