Founder of UAG, Nicole’s personal touch is evident in all the projects she creates. Nicole hand selects her consultant team for each project and maintains a strong relationship with her design, construction and delivery teams to ensure that the finished product meets the exacting standards that UAG demands.

 

Since arriving from Singapore in 1993, Nicole has delivered many beautiful residences and apartment projects in Australia. Nicole's passion for architecture, fashion and design has delivered a significant portfolio of projects in Melbourne's most premier suburbs.

 

Chow’s early experience with property and sales in Asia set up the necessary tools required to navigate the challenging Melbourne planning system. Understanding the unique demographics of an area, along with her innate design skills, has further given Chow the ability to see what many others in the industry fail to observe. And in the mix are her business administration skills learned at a time when the idea of being a developer wasn’t even a seed planted in her mind.

 

By the mid 90’s when the property market was coming out of its slump and prices were starting to head north, although slowly, Chow was truly set on her path.

 

Chow progressed from townhouses to apartments, always developing in desirable Melbourne locations, re-investing in the next project as soon as the previous one had settled. This snowball effect has maintained momentum over the last 28 years and as a result, Chow and UAG have made a significant impact and contribution to Melbourne’s built environment.

 

At a time when standard formulas in developing apartments are applied, UAG continues to create a strong point of difference. Rather than simply viewed as ‘bricks and mortar’, Chow is intent on creating a home for residents, one that she would feel comfortable living in herself. Her approach has not only bucked market trends in the prices for apartments, but as importantly, has created a strong band of followers, anticipating each new development.
