FUTURE PROJECTS

UAG has an expansive pipeline of projects coming up in the United States of America.  UAG is involved in the investment team developing 2 River Park (91 Pacific Street) which  is a 30 storey building in Brooklyn New York, located on Lot 1 on Block 284 and is bounded by Atlantic Avenue to the North, Hicks Street to the West, Pacific Street to the South and a private park and Henry Street to the East.

 

This UAG’s Investment partnership project in Downtown Boston USA named Dock Square.  Dock Square is a redevelopment of the Hard Rock Cafe building and a large multi-deck carpark with new premium residential and recreation spaces built over the adapted masonry podium, including a new landscape interface and street upgrade works to better integrate the project into the cultural centre of the Dock Precinct.

 

 

Polhemus Residences is another investment project by UAG.  This Riverside neighbourhood architectural treasure, with a meticulously restored limestone and iron spot brick façade, will house Brooklyn's most spectacular light-filled living spaces.

 

 

With individually designed floorplans, each residence has its own story to tell. Windows soar up to eleven feet. Voluminous ceilings reach up to twenty-one feet. Signature features include private gardens, harbour views, and bespoke finishes, including oak staircases with satin nickel trim, Gaggenau kitchens with custom millwork cabinetry and leather-wrapped Tanner's Craft nickel hardware, and five-fixture master baths with radiant-heated floors.
