Located at ground level of the apartment development, the UAG/BCS studio has its own entrance accessed from High Street. Steering away from the typical corporate office environment (think uniform workstations and carpeted floors and acoustic tiled ceilings), this interior is more akin to a luxury hotel or private lounge in a swank restaurant. Raw concrete ceilings with exposed services (to increase the height of the ceiling) and polished concrete floors feature throughout, with off-the shelf aluminum blades used for wall detailing and brass used for kickboards. Potted plants and planter boxes blur the division between inside and out. This office was also designed with just the right balance between private and enclosed meeting areas, together with open plan work areas.
